Pancetta Crisps with Honey Recipe
Place pancetta on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 4 to 6 minutes.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined dish and let cook for 10 minutes.
While the pancetta is cooling and getting crispy, cut apples crosswise into 24 thin rings and remove seeds. Arrange on a platter and top with pancetta and cheese and sprinkle with black pepper.
Drizzle with Alfalfa Honey just before serving.
