Honey Walnut Cake Recipe
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pan.
Grind walnuts with 1/2 cup of flour until very fine. Then, combine the nuts, remaining 1/2 cup flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Beat butter with Clover Honey and sugar until light and fluffy.
In a separate small bowl, beat eggs with the orange zest and vanilla. Add it slowly to the butter mixture. Beat well and mix in dry ingredients.
Spread your batter into the 9-inch pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, it's ready!
Let cake cool and add a few walnuts to the top and drizzle honey to garnish.
